+ Catholic Girls' School Project +

To mirror the offering provided by St. Michael’s School, Burghclere for boys, we have decided to begin a project to establish a Traditional Catholic girls’ school under the patronage of Saint Mary Magdalene.

This project has received the blessing of the Superior General of the Society of St. Pius X, with the aim that the school eventually be placed under the direct leadership of nuns who have experience in such endeavours.

While as yet, no formal commitment has been made by a religious community, it falls upon us to discern the capacity of Catholics in Great Britain to bring this school into being and make it a lasting success. For this reason, we have launched an evaluation phase to help us understand:

• How many children are in the district, their ages, and which schools they currently attend (both boys and girls)

• Whether financial or material support is available

• Whether there are individuals with experience in projects of this kind who might offer their time and advice
